Negotiation is all about two or more negotiation parties making a negotiation agreement that satisfies their needs. There are often times when negotiation conflicts arise.

During negotiations there are usually many different people with many different personalities playing different roles together under stressful conditions.

Each negotiation team is usually very passionate about achieving their negotiation objectives and goals. It is normal to have negotiating conflicts once in a while. These negotiation conflicts cannot be allowed to interfere with reaching the goal of mutual agreement.

When negotiation conflicts arise we are often called in to get the negotiation process back on track in order to allow the negotiating parties to achieve their negotiation goals.
